Zakochałyśmy się. Wiadomo, bo wiosna. W kim? W cudownym Poznaniu. Miasto ożyło tej wiosny, a my nie nadążamy z odwiedzaniem wszystkich nowo powstałych miejsc. 

Los nam sprzyja. Nieplanowany dzień wolny w środku tygodnia, więc jest czas żeby się spotkać. Miało być śniadanie, ale łóżko rano było wyjątkowo wygodne. Na szczęście zaradni mieszkańcy krajów anglosaskich rozwiązali ten problem. Powstał brunch, śniadanie dla leniwych, czyli dla nas. 

Powstało też nowe miejsce. "Bo. Poznań" Bo Poznań zasłużył na taką restaurację.

We felt in love. Because of spring, of course. With whom? The gorgeous Poznań. The city blossom this spring and we don't keep up with visiting new places.
Fortune favours us. Unplanned day off in the middle of week so we finally had time to meet. It suppose to be breakfast but we oversleep. Luckily, resourceful people of Anglo-Saxon countries have solved this problem. It is called "brunch" - the breakfast for lazy people, for us.
Poznań have solved the problem where to eat the best brunch. It is called "Bo.Poznań".

Gotowanie jest ekstra, ale nie od rana. Gosia marzyła o omlecie na śniadanie, ale za każdym razem wygrywała kawa i ciastko. I w końcu nadszedł ten dzień. Pyszny puszysty omlet, a w środku suszone pomidory i mozzarella. Ach gdyby każde śniadanie tak wyglądało!

Cooking is fantastic but not in the morning. Gosia have been dreaming of the omelette for breakfast. And finally this day has come. A delicious light omelette, stuffed with the sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella. Oh, if every breakfast looked like this!

Dieta dietą, ale jako, że jesteśmy profesjonalistkami, musiałyśmy sprawdzić czy słodkości serwowane przez Bo.Poznań są smaczne. Są. Drożdżówka świeża, pachnąca i puszysta. A do tego kawa zbożowa w proporcji wody i mleka 3:1. Takie zachcianki spełniają.

Because we are professionals we had to forget about our diet and try if sweets served by "Bo.Poznan" was tasty. They are. Fresh bun, light and it smelt so good. Perfect match for bun was ersatz coffee in the proportions of water and milk 3:1. Yes, they can do the things like this.

Lokal mieści się w suterenie, ale niech was nie zwiedzie ta okropna nazwa. Wnętrze zachowało swój piwniczno - industrialny charakter, ale w środku jest wyjątkowo przytulnie. 

The restaurant is located in the basement, but do not be fooled by this terrible name. The interior has retained its basement - industrial character, but the inside is very cozy.

Najbardziej efektownym elementem wnętrza są stare ceglane ściany. Miejsca wykruszonych cegieł uzupełniono prostokątnymi płytkami na wysoki połysk. 

The most beautiful element of the interior are old-brick walls. The crumbled bricks are replaced with high-gloss tiles. 

W środku panuje miła domowa atmosfera. To zasługa uśmiechniętej załogi i dobrze dobranych mebli. Naprawdę nie chce się wychodzić . Albo po prostu my jesteśmy takie leniwe.

There is really nice atmosphere in this place. Probably thanks to the nice crew who is smiling to customers. But also thanks to well-chosen furniture. You really feel like you don't want to leave this place. Or maybe it's just our laziness.

Część gdzie stoi lada jest bardziej surowe i nowoczesne. Lada i płytki inspirowane plastrem miodu. Jak nie wiadomo czym się zainspirować to zawsze zostaje plaster miodu. Ale wyszło całkiem zgrabnie.

The area where the counter is located looks more raw and modern. The counter and tiles are inspired by the honeycomb. If you can't find the inspiration you can always use honeycomb as one. We have to admit that in general it looks nice.

Kto się znajdzie w pobliżu niech zagląda. Polecamy na śniadania, brunche, lunche, desery i kolacje. Bo jak wiadomo trzeba jeść 5 posiłków dziennie.

If you ever would be around go and check this place. Recommended for breakfasts, brunches, lunches, desserts and dinner. Because as you know you need to eat 5 meals a day.
